With the objective of quickly solving any fault and allowing the client to restart production as soon as possible, each channel or form of support is activated, from simple contact over the phone or via e-mail to remote connection to the system via Remote Desktop or a VPN tunnel, up to specific, onsite technical interventions. This technical support service has always been appreciated by all our clients and allows us to establish relationships based on collaboration and trust which go well beyond the simple figure of technology provider.
